How to
Save TikTok sounds
Favoriting a video in TikTok keeps the video, mixed in with everything else you favorited. It does not give you the sound as something you can play.
LoopRush does: paste a TikTok link, and the audio is saved into a stack you name. Stacks play like playlists, with scrub, repeat and shuffle, and keep playing with the screen off.
You can share a stack with a link; everything is private until you do.
Questions
- What is a stack?
- A named collection of saved sounds, like a playlist. Each sound is tagged with a station (gym, meme, edit, motivation, anime or other) so you can see what a stack is made of.
- Does it download a file to my phone?
- No. The audio is stored by LoopRush and streamed to the player in your browser. There is nothing to manage in your downloads folder.
- Can I share what I saved?
- Each stack has a share switch. When on, it gets a public link and a page other people can play; signed-in users can follow it into their own library. Switch it off and the page goes away.
- Do I need a TikTok account?
- No. LoopRush only needs the public video link. Keeping stacks across devices needs a Google sign-in.
